Meet the Marketing & Communications Manager who is responsible for the development and maintenance of the hospital’s branding and communications strategy. This position manages design work, social media, content development for print and video, and website branding within the External Affairs department. The External Affairs department provides marketing, communications, government affairs and community engagement services for Tri-City Medical Center. The department also has a Chief External Affairs Officer, Government Affairs & Community Engagement Manager, Community Engagement & Event Specialist, and Marketing & Communications Specialist. Together, these roles work to maintain a good public image, build strategic relationships that help to make an impact in the community and develop external and internal communication plans that improve awareness of available healthcare services.
