Meet Mark Garlock, Parks, Pier & Beaches Supervisor, who tells us all about his role with the City of Oceanside Water Public Works Department. A Maintenance Specialist for Parks & Beachers performs minor repairs/improvements and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of park grounds and facility structures. Mark also maintains and repairs erosion control, diversion, and drainage systems to protect park facilities.
